Zed Developments with Gordon Murray Architects have secured Planning Permission in Principle for a new commercial development which delivers circa 100,000 sq ft of office accommodation occupying a key site on the banks of the River Clyde. The triangular site is bounded by the river on its southern edge, Glasgow Green to the west, and the historic Rutherglen Bridge to the east.
The location is highly prominent, allowing the new development to act as a gateway building into the northern half of the city and the Commonwealth Games village beyond. Zed Developments are working in conjunction with Duddingston House Properties.
