Zed Developments is a young but established property development and house building company, providing a range of high quality new homes attractive to a variety of buyers across Central Scotland.

Our recently completed development, The Edge, in Glasgow’s East End was a resounding success which saw unprecedented demand for property in the locale at the time of offering to the market. Following completion of The Edge, we are currently underway with two further development sites – The Crescent in Plains Village, near Airdrie and Sandbank Street in Maryhill, Glasgow.

The Crescent is a development of 33 detached luxury homes offering large family houses at exceptional value in the current market.
